The treatment I was givn today was outstanding from the nurses to the doctor, was treated with respect. All on time and everyone explaining everything to me well done NHS.

All the staff here, from doctors to domestic staff are very helpful and courteous, give answers to questions asked - very patiently and explanation given if needed.
Suggested improvements
Just be as they are, always willing to keep and cheerful. Do not call discharged lounge as departure lounge for a hospital - it is not a right term to use.

Suggested improvements
The first 5 hours waiting had been easier if I had been offered painkillers. The first 20 hours I only was given biscuits and a sandwich.

Only problem was several specialists could not agree on who treated me and for what.

One specialist doctor overall in charge.
